An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is a chargeable for all the Offline Software maintenance of the product(s) will be charge yearly. Our AMC management software dashboard displays concise information on all AMC’s due.
WE (ATPM) manage Annual Maintenance Contracts, Preventive Maintenance Contracts, Business Promotion Calls, Product Delivery Calls, Complaint Service Calls for any type of products that could have warranty contracts and needs regular servicing.
Third Party Integrations
Amir Technological Projects Management Services LLC Affiliate as defined in the respective Agreement (“ATPM” or “we”, “us,” “our” and other similar pronouns) support a various range of third party integrations which our Customers may, at their option, make use of.
Breaches of these terms and conditions
Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, or if we reasonably suspect that you have breached these terms and conditions in any way, we may:
(a) send you one or more formal warnings;
(b) temporarily suspend your access to our website;
(c) permanently prohibit you from accessing our website;
(d) block computers using your IP address from accessing our website;
(e) contact any or all of your internet service providers and request that they block your access to our website;
(f) commence legal action against you, whether for breach of contract or otherwise; and/or
(g) suspend or delete your account on our website.
Where we suspend or prohibit or block your access to our website or a part of our website, you must not take any action to circumvent such suspension or prohibition or blocking (including without limitation creating and/or using a different account).
Services terms and conditions
Where ATPM Services is required to make any change to the Services which is necessary to comply with any change in legislation and/or regulation taking effect after the date of this Agreement, ATPM Services (having used reasonable endeavours to continue providing the Services) reserves the right to terminate the Agreement by serving thirty (30) days written notice on the Customer (subject to a reimbursement of Fees already paid in respect of Services not yet provided on a pro-rata basis).
